RULES FOR PURCHASE - SALE OF GOODS
GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. The rules of this electronic store (hereinafter - the Rules) are a legally binding document for the Buyer and the Seller (hereinafter - the Seller), which determine the rights and obligations of the Parties.
1.2. The Seller reserves the right to change, amend or supplement these Rules at any time. The Buyer is informed about changes in the Rules on the website of the electronic store.
1.3 The manager of the electronic store is Všių Locked N Loaded, Inc. 305692573, VAT code LT100016160313, located at Konstitucijos pr. 21A, Quadrum East, 6a., LT-08130 Vilnius.
ORDER:
2.1. In order to order a product from our online store, registration is not required. Click the ADD TO CART button next to the product you have selected and continue searching for products. To finish shopping, click the CART button, enter the required data and click the PAY button.
2.2. You will be directed to the MakeCommerce page, complete the payment there, after successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email.
PURCHASE - SALE AGREEMENT AND ITS CONCLUSION:
3.1. The purchase and sale agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment when the Buyer, after choosing the desired item in the online store or creating a shopping cart, specifying all the necessary data and familiarizing himself with the Rules, clicks the button to pay and makes the payment.
PRICES AND PAYMENT OF GOODS
4.1. All prices are in euros. The Seller is not responsible for the exchange rate or its changes, made during the exchange of euros to the Buyer's local currency by the Buyer's local bank.
4.2. Payment can be made using the methods available in the MakeCommerce payment collection platform.
4.3. Payments are processed using the MakeCommerce.lt payment platform.
SELLER'S OBLIGATIONS
5.1. The Locked N' Loaded Online Store does not make any guarantees that operation will be uninterrupted or that data transmission will be error-free.
5.2. In the event of unforeseen circumstances and being unable to sell the ordered product to the Buyer, the store must offer another that matches the characteristics of the desired product, and if the Buyer refuses to accept the replaced product, it must return the money paid by the Buyer within 14 working days. In this case, the Store is released from responsibility for non-delivery of goods.
5.3. The Seller undertakes to send the goods ordered by the Buyer within 3-5 days, and if he is unable to do so for important reasons, he will immediately inform the Buyer.
SELLER'S RIGHTS
6.1. In the event of important circumstances, the Seller may temporarily or completely suspend the operation of the electronic store without notifying the Buyer in advance.
6.2. If the Buyer tries to harm the operation, stability and security of the electronic store or violates his obligations, the Seller has the right to limit or stop him from using the electronic store without warning.
BUYER'S OBLIGATIONS
7.1. The buyer must pay for the purchased goods and accept them in accordance with the procedure provided for in these Rules.
7.2 If the Buyer, during the delivery of the goods, refuses to accept the goods without valid reasons, the Buyer must cover the costs of returning the goods at the Seller's request.
7.3. During the delivery of the goods to the Buyer, the Buyer must check the condition of the shipment and the goods(s) together with the Seller or the person who delivered the shipment.
7.4. By using the online store, the buyer confirms that he agrees with these rules of purchase and sale and must comply with them
GOODS QUALITY GUARANTEE
8.1. The store guarantees that all goods comply with the standards established by the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union, and if there are no standards - the requirements for the sale of goods in retail or wholesale trade. All the goods for sale are in their original appearance, their packaging is intact and neatly packed.
9.1. The Buyer understands that the goods in the Store may not fully correspond to the real size, shape and color of the goods due to the display characteristics of the computer or other smart device used by the Buyer, therefore the Store is not responsible for such discrepancies.
10. DELIVERY
10.1. Once payment is received, the order is shipped within 3-5 business days. If you have not received the ordered goods or an explanation of the delay after 7 days of payment, please contact us by e-mail: produtotuve@parakomanai.lt
10.2. We deliver parcels by omniva and lp express post machines, the shipping and packing fee is 3 euros. (up to 3 kg.). For the possibility of sending by courier, mail or bus parcels, please contact us in person at pradatuve@parakomanai.lt
10.3. There may be cases where after the order is confirmed and payment is received, the product to be shipped is no longer available, even though it is still displayed on the website, because the product catalog is not updated in real time. In this case, the order time may be extended by several days or weeks, depending on how long it takes for us to receive them from the manufacturer. You can choose to wait for the desired product or exchange the desired product for another product of the same value, or we will refund your money.
10.4. In case of inaccuracies in the address you specified, the store does not assume responsibility for lost parcels. The insurance service for parcels of goods is not provided. We are not responsible for goods that are damaged or lost during delivery.
10.5. Shipments to the Curonian Spit are subject to separate delivery conditions, in order to receive a shipment to the Curonian Spit, please contact us by e-mail at produtotuve@parakomanai.lt
10.6. Delivery of goods is also possible to other countries (European Union countries, England, etc.), but before such an order, it is necessary to coordinate delivery and payment with the store's trade manager by e-mail. by e-mail at produtotuve@parakomanai.lt
11. REFUNDS
11.1. Purchased quality goods can be returned within 14 days. if:
11.1.1. The returned item is in its original, neat packaging, has not been used and is not damaged. The product has not lost its commercial appearance (original packaging is intact, etc.). When returning the product, a document of its purchase is provided.
11.1.2. In order to return a quality product, the buyer must submit a free-form request by e-mail. by e-mail to produtotuve@parakomanai.lt, indicate the order number, the date of payment, and indicate the recipient to whose account the money will be returned.
11.1.3. The buyer pays the shipping costs and sends the item to the address specified by the seller. The money is returned to the account specified by you within 10 days after the return of the product.
11.2. Returning a product after purchasing a defective product:
11.2.1. Return of the product after purchasing a low-quality product and in other cases, in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania (Article 6.363, Paragraph 7) and the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania (2014-07-22) on the approval of retail trade rules and the Retail Trade Rules themselves. In such cases, when the product is returned due to the wrong quality of the product, the store undertakes to the Buyer to replace the wrong quality product with a good quality product or to return all the money paid for the product.
12. FINAL PROVISIONS
12.1. These Rules are drawn up in accordance with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
12.2. These Rules and relations between the Parties in relation to these Rules are applied and interpreted based on the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
12.3. All disagreements arising from the implementation of these Rules shall be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes are resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
12.4. The Parties are released from fulfilling their obligations under these Rules if they cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the Parties (Force majeure).
