Ordering and delivery

How much does shipping cost?

Free shipping on orders over €100 in both Lithuania and Latvia. Under €100: in Lithuania, Venipak parcel locker – €3.50, courier – €5.00; in Latvia, Venipak parcel locker – €5.00.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Within 3–5 business days after payment. Once your order is shipped, we will notify you by email.

Do you ship internationally?

To Latvia – yes. For other EU countries, please contact parduotuve@parakomanai.lt, and we will arrange shipping options with you.

Payment

What payment methods can I use?

Bank link (Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Citadele, LHV, Revolut, Artea, Coop) or payment card. Payments are processed via the MakeCommerce platform.

I am purchasing for a business – can you issue an invoice?

Yes. Please email parduotuve@parakomanai.lt with your business details. For more information, visit our Business & Organizations page.

Returns

Can I return an item?

Yes, within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. See Shipping and Returns.

Products and training

Are your products authentic?

Yes. We source our products directly from manufacturers and trusted suppliers. A large portion of them is used in our own training courses.

I am not sure what to choose. Can you advise me?

Yes. Let us know what you are preparing for (car, home, duty, workplace), and we will advise you. You can also check our ready-made solutions.

Can I learn how to use these items?
