Shipping & Returns

We ship throughout Lithuania and to Latvia. The final delivery price is visible at checkout.

Delivery methods and prices

Free shipping on orders over €100 – in both Lithuania and Latvia, via all delivery methods. For orders under €100, the following rates apply:

We dispatch orders within 3–5 business days after payment. Once your shipment is sent, we will inform you by email.

Shipping to other EU countries or delivery of bulk orders can be arranged individually – please write to parduotuve@parakomanai.lt.

14-day returns

You can return an item within 14 days of receipt. It must be unused, in the same condition as received, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

1. Email parduotuve@parakomanai.lt and provide your order number.
2. We will send you a return label and instructions.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund via the original payment method.

Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted. Non-returnable items include perishable goods (e.g., food products), custom orders, gift cards, and sale items.

Damaged shipment or wrong item

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately – we will resolve the issue.
