"Wounds in a Box®" series simulators are economical, compact, and durable training aids designed for first aid skills development. They are easily transportable and suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

The "Laceration in a Box™" simulator is designed to simulate deep soft tissue lacerations and to teach proper wound dressing techniques. The simulator's construction integrates blood tubes that allow for realistic blood flow. The device comes in a separate storage case. (Bleeding systems sold separately).

Key features:

• ability to connect to SKEDCO® FEBSS or another bleeding system to simulate pressure-responsive blood flow,

• soft material and patented design provide an extremely realistic feel,

• improves training quality and practical experience,

• durable, reusable, resistant to UV and chemical agents.

Maintenance:

• rinse with clean water after use to clear blood lines,

• the simulator can be removed from its storage case and washed with warm water and mild detergent or disinfectants (isopropyl alcohol, diluted bleach solution),

• must be completely dried before storage to prevent mold formation.
