DISPOGEL reusable hot-cold compress 5.5 × 12 cm

The compact and reliable DISPOGEL compress is essential for every ampule, IFAK, or first aid kit.
It can be used both cold and warm, depending on your needs.

Cold compress

Helps with:

• Migraines, sunstroke, tooth extraction, or injuries

• Prevention of hematomas, inflammation, and swelling

Usage:
Place the compress in the freezer for 90–120 min until it cools down.
Use through a cloth or bag to protect the skin.
Stays cold for up to 30 min.
Do not store near food or heating devices.

Warm compress

Suitable for rheumatism, muscle tension, or joint pain.

Usage:

• Heat for 7 min in a pot of boiling water, or

• 1 min (650 W) in a microwave oven.
  Then wrap in a cloth and place on the painful area.
  Retains warmth for approximately 25–30 min.
  Do not use if the bag is damaged.

Important:

• Do not tear the bag (the carboxymethylcellulose and propylene glycol inside are not intended for skin contact or consumption).

• Keep out of reach of children and animals.

• Do not use near open flames or heat sources.

Suitable for:

• Tactical medicine and IFAK kits;

• Treatment of sports injuries;
